1. Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request a cancellation of their project at any time. However, the following terms apply:

  • Before Project Commencement: If a client cancels before work has started, they may be eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
  • After Project Commencement: If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed. Any completed milestones or approved work will be non-refundable.
  • Ongoing Services (e.g., Maintenance, Support, Hosting): Clients must provide a 30-day written notice for the cancellation of ongoing services. Any fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation by Codesdesk Technology Private Limited

We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or repeated delays in payments.
  • Violation of terms outlined in the service agreement.
  • Unreasonable delays from the client’s end in providing necessary inputs, approvals, or communication.
  • If the project scope changes significantly beyond the agreed terms without mutual agreement.

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
  • Transaction fees incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed and approved work.

4. Requesting a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation request, clients must:

  • Provide project details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documents.
  • Await confirmation and refund processing (if applicable).

5. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy

Codesdesk Technology Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
